A French Culinary interactive session with Chef Stephane, a dinner organized by EXCO member Patricia Tang on 5 June 2011,

saw 22 members together with their guests enjoying a specially prepared dinner by the Chef, a native of Normandy, featuring a special menu from the South west of France, accompanied by carefully selected wine to compliment the exquisite and delicate cooking style. Enhancing the dining experience was the restaurant set up, personal and attentive service in a cozy setting. Chef Stephane has kindly shared the recipe for the Cassoulet which was one of the main choice of meal served.
