Notice is hereby given that our 18th Annual General Meeting of HP Alumni will be held on 1st March 2019, 6.30 to 9.30 pm.
The HPA EXCO comprises of 5 key positions and 8 committee members. Any member of HP Alumni may serve on the EXCO, subject to procedures of nomination and election.
Nomination is now open for the above positions and closes on 18th February 2019. The necessary nomination form is attached (refer to your email). Only members are allowed to vote and to stand for election for positions within HPA EXCO.
